Limited Refunds

Last edited on December 30, 2024

The Limited refund option allows freelancers to make payment adjustments to an ongoing order. If the plan of the project changes or a cancellation is necessary, this feature lets freelancers refund some of the payment rather than canceling the entire order. This feature makes sure fair compensation for work has already been completed.

Below is a detailed guideline and conditions for the limited refund feature on My Freelancer.

Who Can start the process of a limited Refund?

Limited refunds can only be initiated by freelancers through the Resolution Center. If a client wishes to request a refund, they should discuss it directly with the freelancer through chat option to get a mutual agreement.
