Creating Your Account
Registering on My Freelancer is quick and free. After signing up, you'll have a Client account, which allows you to purchase services. To offer your own freelancing services, you can create a Billboard and switch to a freelancer account, all without affecting your Client profile.
Finding Services and Freelancers
My Freelancer offers various ways to help you find the ideal freelancer or service:
Search Bar: Use keywords to find specific freelancers or services.
Categories and Subcategories: Navigate through different categories to find freelancers who match your project's requirements.
Freelancer Username: If you know a freelancer's username, you can search directly for their profile.
Filters: After searching, refine your results using filters for budget, delivery time, freelancer level, and more.
Customizing Your Search
Personalize your search experience by using filters and service options. You can select languages, explore subscription plans, and sort freelancers based on their experience, availability, and location.
Working with Freelancers
Freelancer profiles display important details like location, language proficiency, and response times. Review the "About Me" section, explore their service offerings, and read past client feedback to make informed decisions.
Ordering and Payment
When you place an order, the process is simple:
1. Choose a Billboard.
2. Select a service package.
3. Complete the payment.
Once your order is completed to your satisfaction, the freelancer is paid, with a 5% service fee deducted.
