For Phone Verified Accounts:
1. Log in to My Freelancer.
2. Go to Profile Picture > Settings > Account.
3. Enter your new email under email and click Save.
4. Confirm the email change via the link sent to your new email.
5. Enter the SMS code received to complete verification.
If You Can't Access Your Old Email: Add phone verification to your account and follow the SMS verification process.
No Access to Email or Phone: Contact our Customer Support.
Changing Your Display Name:
1. Log in, switch to selling mode.
2. Go to Profile Picture > Profile> click the pencil icon next to your display name.
3. Edit and save changes.
To Deactivate Your Account:
1. Go to Profile Picture > My Settings > Account Deactivation
2. Select a reason and confirm.
