Account and Profile Settings

This guide will help you to make changes or set up your account, close the account, and a few additional verification processes.

Account Details

Update Your Location: Your location is automatically determined upon registration with the help of your country’s selection. If it is wrong, you can select your country manually.

Change Your Username: Usernames are permanent. If you want to use a different one, then you will have to register a fresh account. If you want to keep the same email address you can visit our page to see how to change my username and get detailed information.

Change Your Email Address: It can be updated through email or phone number or by an SMS.

Manage Online Status: The circle next to your username shows you’re online or offline.

Closing Your Account

If you do not wish to use your account anymore and deactivate the account, you must Withdraw any amount of money that has not been withdrawn before the services are deactivated once the process is complete you will lose all your earnings. 

Note account can be temporarily deactivated but it cannot be deleted completely.

Phone Number and Identity Verification

If you wish to change your verified phone number, Please Login and navigate to My Settings then select Phone Verification section. Enter the number, confirm it through an SMS, and you are good to go.

For identity verification you must Provide a government-issued ID scan, or you can use passport and driver license also as well as complete a selfie verification step. The reason for this step is needed for clients and freelancers’ safety, rest assured your information will remain confidential and not shared with anyone.
