Ordering a Billboard

Purchasing a Billboard on our platform is a simple process. Once you have selected the Billboard that best fits your needs, click Continue to proceed. You will have the option to customize your order by adding extra services or selecting the number of Billboards you wish to purchase. After finalizing these details, click Order Now to move to the payment page. Here, you can review the total price, including any applicable taxes and fees, and select your preferred payment method. Once everything is set, click Confirm & Pay to process your payment. After successful payment, an order page will be created where you can track the progress of your Billboard purchase.

Adding Extras to an Order

If you need to customize your order with additional services, you can do so through the Order page. Simply navigate to your orders and select the title of the Billboard you purchased. Click Continue, and under the Upgrade Your Order with Extras section, you will find a list of available upgrades. Once you have selected the desired Extras, click Confirm & Pay to finalize the addition. Please note that adding Extras may extend the delivery time. Some extras, such as expedited delivery, may only be available before the initial order is completed. Others, like high-quality images, may be purchased only once per order, while some can be added multiple times.

Purchasing a Custom Offer

When a freelancer sends a Custom Offer or quote, you will have the option to accept and complete the purchase. If the Extra is added to an active order, the payment will be linked to that specific order. However, if the offer is for a new service, a separate order page will be created for that transaction.

Important Payment Information

For a smooth transaction process, payments will be sent to the email address registered with your My Freelancer account. This means that users must register with an email that is linked to their Payoneer or PayPal account. It is not possible to have a different email for payments. This policy is in place to maintain security and prevent payment discrepancies.
