The payment options provided on our platform are also suitable for the clients as well as the freelancers. To cater for your needs, you can safely make payment or withdraw your earnings via our available options.

Payment Options Available to Clients

Clients can choose from the following options to make payments for services:

  • Stripe: An efficient way of making payments online and which is a secure method that accepts the use of credit or debit card.

  • PayPal: a very simple payment method that allows you to pay for services via your linked PayPal account for improved security and a smooth checkout process.

Payment Options for Freelancers

Freelancers have the option to receive their earnings through:

  • Payoneer: A hassle-free withdrawal option designed for your convenience, with the ease that you can access your funds anytime. 

  • PayPal: Link your PayPal account to transfer money safely and easily, so you can easily deal with your profits.

How to Use Your Balance

If you have any amount in your profile balance it will be used to pay for the next purchase. If the purchase amount is more than the balance you have, you can use either Stripe or PayPal to pay the balance.

On the checkout page, you’ll see:

  • Total amount due

  • Part paid by your balance

  • Extra amount needed

1. Why are my favorite payment methods not listed here? 

Payment providers are different based on the country’s restrictions that are placed. This depends on the country you are in as dictated by our payment partners. We will always try to find new opportunities so please check our page from time to time.

2. What is the procedure of funds deposit into the account?

For now, clients cannot deposit funds into their platform balance through manual inputting. These are usually the amount of money that could be a refund, or a cancelled order or credit given by our platform.

Please note that users must register with an email that is linked to their Payoneer or PayPal account. It is not possible to have a different email for payments. This policy is in place to maintain security and prevent payment discrepancies. Additionally, we reserve the right to update, change, or remove a payment gateway if deemed necessary for our business operations.
