Accessing Your Account

In this article we will help solve any issues you are facing regarding deactivated, restricted, and suspended accounts.

Trouble Accessing Your Account

If you're having difficulty accessing your account and you are not sure why, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your id might be deactivated

  • Try to log in again, you might have typed in the wrong email address or password.

  • Your username or email linked to your account has been restricted.

  • We have suspended your account from My Freelancer.

Restricted Accounts

If you find a notification which says that your account is temporarily restricted, you can still log into your account access your funds, make a withdrawal, complete an ongoing order, and check your order history.

Suspended Accounts

If you receive a notification that your account has been suspended, then you cannot login again on to our platform nor can you create a new account on the same email address. For better quality we always remember fraudulent email details to beware of any problems in future. 

NOTE that email cannot be used to receive payments from any other account
