The My Contacts section helps to maintain contact with buyers whom you chatted with through My Freelancer. On the left side you will find your contact list where you can get some info of your chat or to whom you are currently talking, total order completed, total amount spent, last order date, and the link to the conversation in the Inbox. Many members on My Freelancer are active buyers who have placed their orders several times, it is recommended to contact them occasionally. You can show some interest in their business and let them know of your availability in case they need you for any more of their work in the future. The way you communicate with the buyers can be extremely helpful to get you more projects and grow earnings.
It is recommended to no send too many messages to avoid any disturbance to buyers or any other promotional based messages because it is considered as spam and may lead to a warning for the sellers.
Access My Contacts
- Go to the Selling menu, click on Growth & Marketing, and select Contacts.
- Choose My Buyers to view a list of your past clients.
The contact list will display the following details
- Buyer Name
- Completed Orders
- Total Amount Spent
- Last Order Date
- Chat Icon
- Send Offer
