Delivering an Order

Last edited on December 30, 2024

Before completing your order, you should send the final work to your client for review. Follow these steps to deliver your order:

  1. Log in to Your Account
    • Go to the Orders section and select View All Orders.
  2. Start Delivery
    • On the Orders page, click Deliver Your Order or scroll down and select Deliver Now.
    • OR open the specific order you want to deliver and click Deliver Now.
    • You can also access your orders through email notifications.
  3. Attach Your Work
    • Click Upload Work to attach the completed file.
    • If you are not attaching a file, you will be asked to confirm no file is included.
  4. Describe Your Delivery
    • Give a brief description of your delivery in Describe Your Delivery in Detail section. Then click Deliver Work.

Not Ready to Deliver?

  • Use the Save Draft option to save the work you have completed until now.
  • When you are ready, reopen the draft and finalize the delivery.

Order Status: “Completed”

  • Delivery is the last step of your service. Make sure the work is complete; drafts or incomplete work should not be submitted.
  • Once the buyer accepts the delivery, the order will be marked as completed, and payment will be processed.
  • If the buyer neither accepts nor rejects the delivery, it will automatically be marked as completed three days after the delivery deadline.

If a Buyer is not satisfied with the Delivery

  1. Adjusting the Work
    • If the buyer requests changes, update the work as needed. Then go to the order and click Deliver Improved Work to submit the updated file.
    • Please make sure all requested changes are completed before resubmitting.
  2. Extend Review Time
    • Buyers may ask for more time to review the work. You will be informed through notification if they extend the review period.
    • Maintain effective communication and remain available for any questions or revision requests.

Troubleshooting File or Technical Issues

  • If your file exceeds size limits or technical issues arise, you can share the file using alternative methods, such as a Dropbox link.
  • For additional support, contact Customer Support via the Contact Us tab at the bottom of the page.
