When you receive an order on our platform, you can offer the client some additional services. For example, if the client has selected your basic logo design service, you could propose improvements such as higher resolution files, extra revisions, or custom stationery options.
We will guide you down below how you can offer extra services to your client.
Log in to your account and go to your selling menu, then select the order you want to improve.
Scroll down to the message box at the bottom of the order details. In this box, you can explain why you are offering extra services to the client.
Click on Offer more extras at the bottom of the message.
From the list of services you've added to your Billboard, choose the extra services, define the quantity, and explain how many extra days you need to complete the added services.
If you would like to offer a service that is not on your Billboard, click on Add custom extra, then enter a description, the price, and the additional delivery time.
Once you're done, click Send.
Important Points to remember:
If the client accepts your offer, the order’s delivery time limit will be updated accordingly.
Keep in mind that the added days will be applied to the original delivery date, not the current date.
The client will be notified of any changes and will have the option to accept the offer, reject it, or request any changes. You can also cancel the offer at any time before it is accepted by the client.
